In Karakol city, under the order of the Department for the Development of Drinking Water Supply and Sewerage of the Kyrgyz Republic, a 12,000 m³/day wastewater treatment plant was installed. The project plays a strategic role in the region’s environmental sustainability. Through modern wastewater treatment technologies, it strengthens environmental protection, ensures efficient water resource management, and improves the quality of life for local residents.
The system was designed not only to meet today’s needs but also to provide reliable long-term operation. Implemented in full compliance with international standards and supported by monitoring and technical assistance, the project has made a significant contribution to the sustainable development of Karakol city.
